I have spent 15 years in the hotel industry traversing the ladder from a bellboy to a deputy director. I have found that the higher my position became, the farther I got from what I really like about hospitality: meeting new people and help them to have a good time and to have fun during their rest, and thus become a part of their experience a bit.
That is why, when I became an enterpreneur and started managing my own life and defining my own goals, I knew exactly what I wanted: To go back tot he beginning when I was in direct contact with the guests. As a result of lucky coincidences, now I manage 3 apartments. In this job my biggest help is my girlfriend who is also a tourguide and arranges wonderful trips to the most exciting parts of Transylvania (you can read more about her and her trips here: www.zsokaland.hu).
When furnishing our apartments, we tried to give a little of ourselves, of our taste and our energy. We chose to the furniture in the apartment in such a way that, in addition to the practicality, there are pieces that do not come straight from the conveyor belt – instead, they have a soul and a story.
Eger is a very friendly and exciting city. It is a pleasure both to live here and to visit. A great place for a relaxing and fun holiday.
